Storyboards

The team creates user stories and storyboards to plan and map out how each individual or team member will use the solution.

Prototypes

We create prototypes to allow your stakeholders to explore, experience and test the usability of the solution before implementation begins.

UI/UX

The UI/UX design of the solution plays a crucial role and improves the user experience and customer satisfaction of the implemented solution. It benefits not only the end user, but can also improve the efficiency of back-office teams.

Resolve

Our solutions will integrate with internal/external systems, breakdown siloes and unify customer data across a single, centralised platform.

Development Approach

Pexlify uses a best-of-breed industry standard agile implementation model for the implementation phase to iteratively build your Salesforce solution in 2-week sprints.

Governance

We put in place regular touch-points between the Pexlify and Customer project teams to ensure that all projects are on track.

Stand-Ups

We conduct daily stand-ups with the developers, engagement managers and client sponsor. This provides transparency on progress every step of the way.

Workstream

Each implementation will include Implementation, integration, data migration and User acceptance testing workstreams to cover the core activity in a project.

We ensure success using UAT, Quality Assurance Testing and provide in-depth Adoption Strategy & Change Management programs.

Deployment

Pexlify deploys the solution to production and supports you to ensure user adoption is monitored and optimised.

Training

Our project team will take on the responsibility of working with the Client to deliver the Super User training and User Guide materials required to ensure the successful roll-out of the Salesforce Solution.

Knowledge Transfer

We will create technical documentation detailing how we have configured the Salesforce platform to meet the Technical & Business requirements.

Support

Pexlify offers Hypercare and Managed Service support models to support the operation of the Salesforce Platform after the initial project go-live.
