Pexlify Enterprise Solutions are a leading Salesforce consultancy based in Dublin CityCentre. Our team of highly certified and experienced Salesforce professionals have a wealth of experience across the platform including; Service Cloud, MarketingCloud, SalesCloud, Pardot and Heroku. We are looking to hire new a Senior Engagement Manager

Main Responsibilities
  • Leads and manages Enterprise Salesforce implementations end to end. Over 1 year timelines, enterprise-level budgets
  • Lead discovery phase, manage and organise workshops with the client, drive the discussion around requirements, is adept at understanding the customer's business process and how they use/will use Salesforce
  • Create requirements log, Statements of Work, negotiate rates and commercials with the client
  • Create a roadmap of work focusing on the entire transformation program of work rather than just individual projects
  • Create project plans, risks and issues log and other project management artefacts as part of the planning phase
  • Write and manage user stories within Jira to manage developer's workload and timeframe
  • Run daily stand-ups, refinements, demos, and retros during the build phase
  • Provide weekly status updates internally and to the client, perform steering and QBR updates
  • Manage UAT timelines, and oversee end users performing and executing test scripts
  • Oversee and manage the deployment of code to production, communicate with clients on deployment stages
  • Act as the main point of contact for the client and focus on building relationships with the client's project team and senior stakeholders
  • Look for opportunities to expand and grow the program of work, try to support the client in all Salesforce work
  • Internally responsible for the budget, margin, and scheduling of Pexlify resources for their projects
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Knowledge or how to use Jira a benefit
  • Knowledge or familiarity of Salesforce and how to navigate it is required (ideally Admin and 1 Consultant certification)
  • Can manage multiple workstreams or teams working on a roadmap of Salesforce work
  • Experience working in a consulting role is required. Being able to understand a customer’s business and provide trusted advice
