In 2017, Pexlify has gone from strength-to-strength. Not only have we added new members to the team, we’ve also achieved Salesforce Gold Partner Status, added a significant number of new key clients to our portfolio and have become Lightning Accredited on the AppExchange.
One major milestone achieved this year includes investment from Salesforce Ventures. We will be releasing a full announcement on this exciting event in the New Year.
Pexlify Receives It’s Gold Partner Status
In March of this year, Salesforce.com awarded Pexlify their Gold Partner status. As a result, Pexlify joins only a handful of Gold and Platinum Partners across the UK and Ireland to achieve this highly coveted status.
To achieve this, we had to comply with strict criteria. For example, we are required to have the adequate number of Salesforce.com specialists, hit specific sales revenue targets and complete successful project implementations.
After this accomplishment, Stephen Lambert, CEO of Pexlify said “We are thrilled to be awarded the Gold Partner Status from Salesforce. This validates our innovative professional services methodology and our determination to make each client engagement a success”.
We have also continued to develop and build our own solutions, which leads me to our next point on our New Year’s List.
Forcecast - A Machine Learning App for Salesforce
Over the last few of months, the team have been working hard refining our new machine learning app - Forcecast. Forcecast allows sales teams to harness the power of predictive analytics to close more opportunities, keep customers for longer and improve the accuracy of their forecasts.
Our predictive analytics tool helps senior managers and sales reps, who need accurate, up-to-date forecasts, to efficiently allocate resources to top priorities in their sales pipeline, convert more opportunities to closed sales, as well as retain high-value customers.
Pexlify Scorecard - Automate The QA Process of Your Agents
The Pexlify Scorecard app, also now available on the AppExchange, allows QA agents to evaluate their customer service team.
Users can create scorecards against any object, standard or custom. With our scorecard, you can give support agents insights into their performance and provide details on where they need to improve.
Team leaders can now see the full picture and analyse how their support team are performing.
Pexlify Awarded Salesforce Lighting Accreditation
Another major achievement was accomplished in September when we were awarded the 'Salesforce Lighting Accreditation' on the Salesforce AppExchange.
What makes this achievement special is that out of 1002 registered Salesforce partners (including us), we’re one of only 33 Lightning Accredited consulting partners.
Furthermore, we are one of only two Salesforce Gold Partners to have received this accreditation. Read more about this success here.
In November of this year, a number of the team headed to San Francisco for the big event of the year - Dreamforce. It was a fantastic trip for all involved and included excellent partner and client meetings, informative sessions and breakouts, and interesting keynotes. Salesforce UKI Alliances & Channels Regatta 2017
In June, we attended the Salesforce UKI Alliances & Channels Regatta in Portsmouth. It was a great couple of days sailing and everyone on the Pexlify team thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The trip was made even more special as the team won the overall Group 1 Class.

Pexlify At The Salesforce World Tour London 2017
I was first introduced to the juggernaut that is Salesforce last May when the team and I attended the Salesforce World Tour in London.
This was my first Salesforce event and I was blown away by the sheer size of it. The keynotes were expertly delivered and the production values on the customer success stories were slick and polished. Check out our short post describing our experience here.
Rise Of The Educational Blog Post
Moving forward, we'll continue to invest our energies in creating new and educational content for the Pexlify website. Over the last number of months, we've been creating content around events we've attended, as well as providing technical ‘tips & tricks’ posts.
These technical posts - topics on developing and customising objects and components on Salesforce - have been a big success and continue to drive a lot of traffic to the website.
